Common questions

I'm not getting reminders

Reminders require an active repark Premium subscription. Inside the app, open the account screen to check your subscription status. If you're subscribed and still not getting pushes, check Settings → Notifications → repark on your iPhone and make sure notifications are allowed.

My city isn't listed

repark currently covers Prague only. Other Czech cities are on the roadmap — we're working with each municipality to get access to their cleaning schedule data.

How do I cancel Premium?

Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, tap repark Premium, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your reminders keep working until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Open the account screen inside the app and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your repark account and every saved watched street. To use repark again afterwards you'll need to create a new account.
