These Terms govern your use of the repark iOS app and backend service ("repark"). By installing or using repark you agree to these Terms.
repark notifies you before street-cleaning events on the streets you subscribe to in Prague, so you can move your car in time. The cleaning schedule is sourced from public Prague city open data; we do our best to keep it current but cannot guarantee accuracy. You remain responsible for moving your car; repark is a convenience, not a substitute for checking the street signs.
You must be at least 16 years old to use repark.
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us at pallzoltan@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You agree not to:
Your use of repark is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
repark and its content (excluding the public Prague open data) are owned by Zoltán Páll and protected by Czech and EU copyright law. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use repark on devices you control.
repark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Czech law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including but not limited to parking fines, towing costs, or other damages arising from missed cleaning notifications. Our total liability under these Terms is capped at the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence under Czech law.
You can terminate at any time by deleting your account in the app (Account screen → Delete account). We may terminate or suspend your access if you materially breach these Terms; we'll give you reasonable notice unless the breach is severe.
These Terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of repark fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic. Consumers retain any mandatory rights under Czech and EU consumer-protection law that cannot be waived contractually.
Czech consumers may also use the EU's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes are announced in the app's Account screen or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
